Grade II Listed Eshton Hall

Aura are thrilled to have been appointed to undertake the restoration of the magnificent Grade II Listed Eshton Hall

a stunning Country House situated in North Yorkshire. The Hall, has existed on these grounds for hundreds of years, possibly as far back as 1200’s and is currently used as apartments. Aura carried out the restoration to the prominent tower and leaded roof dome in 2013, but this year will be returning to carry out the external and some internal repairs and restoration including entire roof replacement.

St James Church

St James Church, Yorkshire

St James is a Grade II Listed Church situated at the gateway to the world famous Bronte Country and is a Parish church of 1909 to 1910 designed by JB Bailey & Son of Keighley.

Aura have begun the restoration work this month to the Church’s exteriors. The project involves partial roof replacement, timber repairs, rainwater goods renewal and internal plaster works.

Aura are delighted to add this project to their already extensive ecclesiastical portfolio.

Kings Gardens Southport

Kings Gardens,

King's Gardens is a beautiful 17-acre garden located in the centre of Southport Town Centre, on the Promenade. The gardens are a busy tourist attraction on the seafront.

Aura Conservation have been awarded the contract to restore and reconstruct a vast amount of the Park’s balustrade walls and steps. The project will entail removal of existing failing walls and steps, installation of new foundations and reconstruction with new bespoke wet cast components to match the existing profile. Works will be complete in December.

Aura were proud to complete the restoration of Blackburn Town Hall last month as the scaffold came down unveiling absolutely stunning results.
